HOW İS A CONCRETE PLANT MADE?
Concrete plant production is a process that requires professionalism, experience and regular R&D (research and development). The conditions of the area where the facility will be established should be well determined and appropriate industrial design principles should be applied. The capacities of the equipment that make up the concrete batching plant system should be compatible with each other.
Otherwise, problems in production stages and non-standard quality in concrete production may be encountered. For example, if a large mixer is used in the concrete plant, the bunker and cement silo suitable for the mixer should be selected, otherwise the targeted concrete capacity will not be reached and the profitability will decrease as raw material supply will be frequent. If a mixer of more than one cubic meter is to be used in the ideal concrete plant, a twin shaft mixer is generally used and recommended, because the twin shaft mixer occupies less space in volume than the pan mixer at high capacities, and the horizontally positioned double shaft inside is ideal for mixing the high-capacity mixture.
How are concrete plants made? If we examine the question item by item, one of the two most important items are the type and quality of the mixer, while the other is definitely the quality and suitability of the electrical automation system elements used in the system.
The loadcells that carry out the weighing process are produced in s type, lama type and many forms, these forms are determined according to the way of use, s-type loadcell is used for the raw material on the under bunker band or the weighing of the mixture in the mixer is made with a lama type loadcell. Loadcellers are sensitive weighing products that provide digital weighing, and if they do not perform the weighing process correctly, they will produce poor quality and non-standard concrete, which is certain to be lost in production.
